Hello everyone
I am considering getting either an iPhone 6 or Nexus 5 on Koodo medium tab. The nexus 5 is on sale for 300$ and I have pre-ordered iPhone 6 for 625$ at Best Buy. Therefore, I'll pay 0$ for Nexus 5 and 325$+tax for iPhone 6. Also, I am planning to sell my phone in two years, when I'm expecting to see following prices for these phones: 100$ Nexus 5 and 300-350$ iPhone 6. Based on these calculations, I'd say Nexus 5 is 150$ cheaper than iPhone 6.
I've done a thorough research about technical performance of these phone and it seems that both are doing great in terms of speed and smoothness. Touch ID is the only significant advantage that iPhone 6 has, which I'm not sure how useful it'll be. Having said that, I can say both phones are equally fine.
Considering the price and technical performance of the phones, I would appreciate if you could share your experience about these phones and let me know which one you think worth it to buy.

Thanks in advance for your help.

As you said, both are great phone.

At the end of the day, I think it's really about the different ecosystems (Google vs. Apple).

If you already own other Apple products, the iPhone 6 can't be beat (especially if you have a Mac that can support Continuity through Yosemite). If you use a lot of Google services for your day-to-day, Android may better suit your needs (i.e. push is not available on iOS via the standard Mail app. You would need to install the Gmail app).

Regardless, I'm sure you'll be satisfied with either or :)

Good luck!

I would go iPhone 6 since it's this years model compared to Nexus 5 which is already a bit old. Also, if you have other Apple products, they sync really well with one another.
