I have an existing account with three Samsung Galaxy Ace phones. I want to replace one of them with a iPhone 5c. Why is iPhone 5c $625 on koodoo site and an unlocked 5c $469 on apple.ca? Can I buy it on apples site and get a new sim and activate it on my existing monthly account? And if so how much does it cost me to do so?

Yes you can. And you will save money in the process. Maybe koodo hasn't adjusted their 5c prices yet and I don't know when or if they will. But another advantage of buying the phone outright is that you can then get koodo to give you 10% off your monthly plan price as long as your tab is paid off. So, you can save even more. :-)

Don't forget that you'll need to get a different SIM.

After you get a Nano-sim from Koodo you just need to activate it through self serve.

Self serve > Mobile Phone > Swap Mobile Phone
Step 1 : "Upgrade my current phone"
Step 2 : "Does the new phone you're upgrading to use a SIM card?"
Select "yes", and enter a new sim # then continue

$10 for the postpaid sim card.
There is no cost if you activate it through self serve :)
