iPhone 5C, $75 or $350??

On website iPhone 5C is of $75 but when I go to checkout it says you have to pay $350, why is that?

I am thinking of buying iPhone 5C and adding it on Tab Medium plan of $35.

That should be: $75 down payment

Monthly billing: $35+($5 for tab charge) = $40+tax

The first bill should be: $84.75 + $45.2 = $129.95 .

Let me know if this calculation is right or not.

Thanks,

Regards,
Irfan

Tab M is available only in-store.

But this doesn't answer my question.

If I go to a store, would I get the bill I just described in my first message?

It would be $75 + tax upfront at a store and $300 on the tab M.
Monthly billing is correct. $35 plan + $5 tab fee = $40 + tax

Your first bill will be depends on the your billing cycle would be. I don't know how they determine customer's billing cycle. I believe they can tell you your billing cycle will be when you activated your account.
Edit:
First bill : [(partial xxdays / 30days) x ($35plan + $5 tab fee)] + ($35 + $5 in advance)

So I have to give them $300 along with $75 for iPhone 5C ?

No.

You have to give them 75$
300$ is provided by Koodo and is taken from your tab which is an interest free loan Koodo gives you to get you into your iPhone at a lower up front cost.

So I just have to give them $75. They will take $300 from me within 24 months right? But the mobile it self is of $500. Shouldn't they recover the amount of the phone completely?

No. You pay $75 at a store.
You put $300 on the Tab. It will pay down by your $5/mo tab fee + Koodo contribute 15% of your monthly plan. Then it will clear in 24 month.

So if I choose $35 plan, it will be $35+$5 = $40 and on $40 they will also charge 15% ? so total $46+tax ?

No, your monthly payment will be $35 + $5 = $40 + tax.

so what's this 15% about?

Tab is like you owe $300 to Koodo.
You pay down $5/mo and Koodo pay down 15% of monthly plan for you :)

The 5c is 500$

Don't know where you're seeing 75$ on tab medium.

As far as I can tell it's

200$ down
300$ to tab medium

Plan charges remain as described above

Hey guys, can you explain me the billing cycle of the first month in Koodo?

What if I go and opt Koodo today that is 6th March, 2015. How much do I have to pay to them in my first bill and when will they give out my first bill to me? Is it the day I buy phone or after some time?

Your billing cycle is determined by the system, so we don't know what your billing cycle will be.
But they should be able to tell you your billing cycle when you activated your account :)

But don't you know from your experience when do they start billing cycle?

Is there a specific date on which the bill is due for each and every customer of Koodo, as I saw in video I think the 5th of every month is when the bill is due?

Let me know if I am right or not.

Billing cycle dates are sprinkled through out the month. Mine is the 14th, for example. They're not all the same. When you sign up with Koodo, the system automatically assigns you the closest billing date with the least # of subscribers currently on it.

My billing cycle is 15th to 14th. I don't remember what date I signed up, it's long time ago ;)
I will receive my bill around 17th(it takes a couple of days), then I have time to pay my bill by 9th of the next month.
This is just example of mine :)

My date is 28th so it varies per customer.

Okay so that's awesome because I was thinking it has a particular date on which every one has to pay their respective bills.
If I signed up today, then probably my billing date would be 10-12 March right? not more than that? So I have to only pay for 5 extra days and 1 more month when I sign up?

Let me know. Thanks for your response.
