Invoice problems

We have a discrepancy in our monthly invoicing. You keep saying we owe 2 months while we show only one month due.
Furthermore it is now close to the ends of August and we cannot get an invoice from the self serve section

Hey Tim!

It is because the bill was processed before the payment was made and processed to the account, if your doing online, telephone or pay the bill at the bank it take 2-3 bus days for the payment to process to your koodo account, if the payment is late and the bill has already been processed, it will not reflect on an already processed bill.. If your current balance shows what you owe, then that is what you owe :)

You need a web browser to download your PDF ebill
