I've yet to see an announcement of any sort about Kay, (not even sure how long she has been out for) but I thought I would make a little post introducing her.
When accessing http://help.koodomobile.com we are now introduced by a friendly tool in the bottom corner of the screen.
Kay, currently in Beta, is here to answer your simpler questions. The default topics that appear to click on are: Self Serve, Roaming, Data Isn't Working, Move Number, Phone Compatibility.
You can also ask her your own questions and get responses that guide you through the information that you need to know.
It's always great to get an extra helping hand to aid us community members in answering questions. If you have any questions, ideas, or comments about Kay lets hear them below!
