Int'l Long Distance Rate went up without notifying customers - NOT HAPPY.

I rarely check my phone bills because it has always been quite consistent ($88-92) per month for 2 phones. This month I've noticed that the long distance charge to TAIWAN is now 10 cents per min (It used to be 5 cents per min)AND I was not aware of this change. I don't even recall of getting a notice regarding this increase. I still have the int'l long distance saver but I don't think it's fair that they upped the price without letting consumer knows about it.

I know this isn't what you want to hear but if you check the terms of service, rates are subject to change without notice..

Taiwan was listed under 5 cents (same group as China and Hong Kong - TAIWAN is located besides Hong Kong) :((

Hey Annie! The last change we made to our long distance saver was on January 30th, 2014.  If you have the $3 long distance on option on your invoice, it means that the long distance feature was added on to your service after that day which resulted in being charged the updated rates. We did not change the rates for the clients who had the grandfathered long distance option($2) already on their account. Hope this helps!
