internet email setup not available bold 9900

email setup on BB Bold 9900 -- it is only giving me the option of an enterprise account, not an internet account. BB website says : If you are trying to set up a Internet email account (for example, Windows LiveTM HotmailĀ® or Google MailTM) or a new email address for your smartphone, and do not see this option, contact your administrator or wireless service provider.

What do I do?

Call koodo tomorrow *611 they open at 9 am and will fix the issues.

Not if it's a BES set up. Koodo only works with BIS

To be able to setup an email you need Data plan.

If the phone is already set up as BES (Enterprise) there isn't much Koodo tech can do. If anything, they would try a factory reset on the phone. If the phone is still in Enterprise, a possible phone swap may need to be done. In that case, I would call Koodo to see what options you would have. Koodo does not support Enterprise BB devices.
