I have looked in the community, asked fellow employees and I am getting mixed results.

Simple question, is international mms able to be done when it originates from Canada?

I have heard Yes and No answers to this....I should know the answer but I still get mixed results...

Yes! you can send/receive MMS to/from countries that Koodo has an agreement with if you have unlimited SMS/MMS, only thing you should have is intl LD saver $2 feature added to your plan to be able to dial 011 before you send your MMS.

Ld saver shouldn't even be required for texting, since it's getting routed through the smsc for sms and the mmsc for mms.

I agree with Timo here. LD Saver shouldn't be required

Correct Dennis/Timo if it's routed to third party for delivery then no intl LD feature is needed. +1

It should be possible. Question is are there any extra charges for it?

From koodomobile.com
A Koodo Mobile customer can send/receive an MMS message directly to/from a U.S. partner carrier customer handset.
-Koodo Mobile customers cannot send/receive an MMS to/from an International Carrier, except in the Philippines

There is no extra charge for sending/receiving intl. MMS, it works just like if you send/receive SMS to Canada/USA. - No more confusion.

There is no extra fees right , but i rember that i tried to send picture oversea (not phillipines) and when i checked the log on self serve i saw that the messages were sent to 1111111111 or 9999999999. Obviously the person there never received them !

You should call Koodo Tech Support to get feedback on what happened with picture you sent.
