Yes it is free as long as your phone is in Canada when receiving the calls and it is during the unlimited nights and weekends time frame

I also have the $25monthly plan. Is it free to receive international incoming messages? And international incoming calls at what ever hour?

You can receive international text messages without charge. Also there is no charge for incoming calls as long as your phone is in Canada.
If you don't have unlimited incoming calls, it just use your anytime minutes (except unlimited evening &weekend)

If you don't have unlimited incoming calls, it just use your anytime minutes.
(If you receive a call during your Unlimited Evenings and Weekends, there is no deduction of minutes.)

There is no surcharge on any incoming calls, regardless of your plan or their origin, as long as you are in Canada.

Incoming calls are all viewed the same whether is local or international. If you have a plan with a finite amount of minuted during the daytime, you would be using up those minutes the same way regardless of who is calling you. If they are calling you during your unlimited evenings and weekends, you can talk unlimited during that time frame. So as long as its incoming, it doesn't really make a difference where the call comes from, so long as your still here in Canada.

Hey everyone, I went to a shop tonight and I asked this exact same question. He told me it was $0,5 per minute for all international incoming calls. I am not sure who to trust anymore. Are conditions written somewhere?

For the incoming calls, it doesn't matter where it from as long as you are in Canada.

If you don't have unlimited minutes, say, you have 200 minutes and used them up. Then you will be charged $0.5/min  for minutes overage.

What plan do you have?

I have the same question, I was also told at one point that there is a charge to receive incoming calls from international numbers which was one of the reasons I wanted to port my number to another carrier. If the case is otherwise then please confirm that for me. My plan details are as follows:

Unlimited Canada-wide anytime minutes

3 GB of data

Call Display

Voicemail

Unlimited Canada-wide Family Calling

Call Waiting and Conference Calling

$5/250 MB Additional data

5pm evenings & weekends

Unlimited text & picture messaging

There is no charge for incoming calls as long as you/your phone is in Canada.

You have "Unlimited Canada-wide anytime minutes", so you don't need worry about minutes overage charge neither.(For incoming or calls within Canada)
