Is there a comprehensive list of Partner Carriers available and what countries International Roaming is available to...or maybe a shorter list indicating what countries there is no partner agreement with? Traveling in Asia soon and Im not sure if Ill just pick up new sims where I'll be or bring my number with me...

You should be good.

Excluded countries:

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S., U.S. Virgin Islands (covered by U.S. roaming add-ons)
Satellite (e.g. cruise ships, airplanes, offshore)

If the destination country isn't included on the list does that mean I'm out of luck...? I see Thailand...but no Philippines...

Alternative local suppliers and frequencies used. You should check out your phone frequencies first

I'd go with a local SIM. Way cheaper then paying for roaming. This is what I do everytime!

Thanks Bob...thanks Robert...I normally swap out the SIM when Im in Asia with whatever-local Carrier offers the best deal... I was thinking perhaps this trip Id just keep and use my regular contact number...Im not sure...Ill figure it out...for sure it would probably be cheaper to do that than pay Koodo...
