I went for a trip the last 2 days to the US. Before I crossed the border, I switched of "mobile data" and "data roaming" on my phone. Now I'm back and In the usage tab on the self serve it shows a charge for international data 0.1MB for $5.00. How come I get charged for this?

Sometimes when you're close to the boarder these phones will pick up reception from another network even though you may still be within Canada. Best thing to do is just call billing (*611 from your koodo phone) and explain the situation. You made all the right steps, they should be pretty understanding.
