HI All, 

Just got to Germany from Zurich...from a non-stop flight from Toronto... I didn't purchase the international combo then but realized that I would need it so when I got to Freiburg Germany I managed to get a wifi connection somewhere and paid for this add-on 
I still have no service ... I tried all the tricks listed here in this blog thread and nothing is still working... can anyone help me with this to resolve? 
I have an Iphone 6S if that helps.    cell data and roaming  & LTE are on. Automatic for carrier chosing is on.. I've taken out the SIM card twice ..nothing ... ( and on off several times ) 
Other people try to call but it goes straight to my message centre.. no rings still 
Help anyone.

Hey James,

You should remove/reinsert the battery (if applicable) as well as the SIM card (it refreshes the phone system) and then try to find the network. If you need further assistance for the manual search, please tell us what phone you are using.

Toggling Airplane mode on/off is one option. Resetting network settings on an iPhone is another option which resets network connectivity, (cellular and Wi-Fi). Saved Wi-Fi passwords and custom APN settings are erased using the reset network setting method. If SIM card removal is required, power off the iPhone before removing the SIM card.

Log into self serve and check if your add on is added.
Also, if you can log into Koodo self serve app > Plan &Add-ons > Get more add-ons > Other > International Voice Roaming ($0)   then restart your phone.

I've the same problem! I purchased the international Addo- on 6 days ago as I hurriedly left Tornto for Ireland on hearing that my father was gravely ill. Sadly he passed away and I've been so busy with supporting my mom and funeral arrangements that I'm only now able to query why I still have NO SERVICE 6 days later! This has caused significant problems comminicating with relatives. I really hope Koodo can resolve this expediently for the remainder of my stay . I have an iPhone 6, and I've tried the recommendations too, with no success.

Hey Yvonne,

Please turn off your phone for a minute and then try again. You should be able to connect to the network. Please let us know if it still does not work.
