Paid for international calling while in Mexico, worked for a day or two and then when I try and call out it says I'm not authorized to make international calls. What did I pay $40 for then? And why did I have to sign up to ask this question, why do you hide Koodo's customer service email?
I don't know what my password is for self serve and I can't call to find out.. Haha. Also it worked fine for two days and then quit letting me call out. Thanks for the info! I'll try sell serve again, gotta get this password right one of these times.
