International Call Usage Checker

Hello, 

I have 1000 minutes long distance call to some selected country. But I couldnt check how many minutes I have used and how many left. So , every month I get some extra $ bills added in my bill. How can I track my minutes??

Please let me know .. I am attaching my panel screenshots to understand .

My package Includes unlimited Canada Wide Minutes.

Try this suggestion from another post:
1000 Minutes tracking - go to Self Service (Koodo Website - Left Top after login) > Click Self Service > Click Usage > Click AirTime > Click Show (Right side list of values) then Long Distance. Sort and tally the minutes used.

Thanks for your valuable comment . I tried that . But unfortunately it doesnt work.

 

this is from my last billing cycle, as you can see I made some long distance calls which shows in "ALL ACTIVITY".


This is the detailed call log of one of the call from .

And after , selecting the log distance call , I can only see those calls which are over usage . Check ....



and there is $ bill with them, but not with the other calls which are included in 1000 mins. So , please let me know how can I check . ???
