Why is Telus cutting in on my mobile phone?? I was attempting to make a phone call and they keep cutting my call off. What is happening?????? What is happening they are asking personal questions and I don't give out personal information.

Is your account up to date? It could be because you're behind on payments. Still, they don't just interrupt your calls. That seems weird.

A lot of Telus reps have access to both systems so that would explain them asking for your info to collect payment but that's all I can think of.

Sounds like your calls are being routed to the call center. That's tough to assume though based on your question.

To be very honest I would contact them yourself to see if something is awry. All Koodo should require as verification is your personal pin. You would have selected this upon activation.


I, personally, wouldn't give my personal info to just anyone calling. Unless I was absolutely sure who it was. That's just me though.


I'd just call Koodo by dialing *611 on your phone and asking what the deal is. See if they notice anything out of place.
