It's because the site doesn't work with safari. Download Firefox and use that, you'll be fine.

right, but do you know the name of the process or system that kodoo use, which dose not support safari ?

I can't say for sure if anyone here can say for sure what the exact name of the process or system that was used, however, it was done using Windows programs. Therefore, to allow for the rich content and accessablity that's expected of a Self Serve site the Windows programs designed it to work on a Windows Browser, i.e. Internet Explorer.

Fire Fox is generally equal to Internet Explorer when it comes to using koodomobile.com, even Safari and Chrome work fine for most functions.

Mostly it's just the registration/password reset function that gives trouble on any browser other than IE. Sometimes other issues pop up but clearing the cache usually fixes it.
