Information entered does not match with the account info creating profile

Hello,
I was trying to register to the online account but once i enter the postal code and account number it says:
  • Information entered does not match with the account info.
I tried multiple times but even checking the numbers it always makes the error.

Are you sure the postal code is written exactly as in the system? Maybe try without a space in between the two

Send a private message on Koodo’s Facebook or Twitter page. Those reps have access to your account, which we don’t have on this board, and you will avoid waiting on hold in the telephone queue.

They can verify if your account number and postal code match, and should be able to help you with this issue.

Hey Barbaba,

Before contacting us on Facebook, can you double check if you are using the postpaid self-serve if you are on a postpaid service or the prepaid self-serve if you are on a prepaid service? 

Is it possible that your current address has changed since your activation with us?
