I suggest to increase the limit of the TAB for the users according to average monthly usage, in this way it will be considered as a pocket for the users to be intereseted in, and add more products that can be bought through the tab, and one of them for sure the bill itself.

It would be a good idea if that happened, but i believe that they might only do it for specific phones.
The more expensive the phone the more money you could put on the tab. That would be a good idea.

This could be merged with another idea I saw today in the community, which was to offer incentives to loyal customers.

Once you have been with Koodo for a couple years, and have a good payment record, they could boost your available tab size, allowing you to get that new upgrade you had your eye on sooner...

I would like to see them at least adjust the upper amount of the positive balance. Currently, I can have only $150 positive. But, if they are not offering a phone that I would currently want to purchase, I will not accumulate more after my monthly bills are paid off. And god forbid I have any referrals; i wouldn't be able to receive those credits. I think there should be no upper positive limit, as it is money that I have earned by paying my balance, and referring more customers to Koodo

Hey Marcel, I just wanted to let you know that the tab doesn't accumilate by paying the bill. The tab accumilates by the bill amuont & Koodo puts 10% of the bill amount towards the tab :).

I wish the Tab is transferable between family/same account (at least). (^_^)

This is a really good idea, even a $50 increase make people more enticed at buying a phone with Koodo.

Yeah, but than you are better off with a contract. Virgin's $200 plan with a $40 plan would take over 4 years to pay off. 8 years if you are a low user.

Fair point, perhaps Koodo could offer a choice for the Tab limit? $150, $200, $300, etc?

In my opinion, an increase in tab would be nice...

I like what t-mobile is doing. Small upfront cost for the phone and you pay of the reminder in installments on a monthly basis.

Chris,

T-mobile's "uncarrier plan," is not really ideal and you will end up paying more. Because you have to pay 20$/month to pay off your phone. You will save more if you just use a 3 year contract because its the cost of the phone divded by 36 and if you want to cancel you just have to pay the remaining. Probably instead of having 3 year contracts in Canada they could make it a 2 year or better 1 year contracts.

I've been a koodo customer for more than three years now. I am a satisfied, happy koodo customer. I think koodo should make tab medium available with iphones instead of just sticking it with tab large(atleast with iphone 4s), will definitely help you get more satisfied customers.
