My basic charge has increased
I didn't ask for any increase in services
Should I look for a new carrier

They haven't increased prices on anything like plans, for existing customers. Are you sure it's not extra usage from data, minutes or any other usage related charge?

As a customer, I think you should always check out other carriers' plans and compare them with what you currently have.

Also, have you looked at your ebill to see what resulted in the increase?

You can log into your Self Serve and go to e-billing to see what kind of charges you were charged. If you want to dispute them, you can email or contact Customer Care, which is free on your Koodo phone at *611.
