Incorrect Billing

I switched my plan from the Talk and Text 25 to the Seasonal Hold because I am leaving for a one year school program. Checking my ebill, it says my account is credited $13 for the plan and charged $15 for the seasonal hold (end of August and September). However, it also says my account is $2 for the monthly plan, $26 for local airtime and $10 for data and other services. Why, if I was under a plan up until the Seasonal Hold kicked in, is my account being charged for services that were covered under my plan?

As I am out of the country, I cannot call Koodo to resolve my problem.

When did you put on the seasonal hold? Is it possible this is your first bill since putting on the hold and you still have the overages to pay from the month before.
