Incorrect representation from an employee leads to charges and interruption in services.

Lousy customer service. Disgusting attitudes. Koodo representative assured me that I would be notified before disconnection occured and I would have a chance to make an arrangement. I received zero notification from Koodo and STILL expected to pay $35 reconnection fee. After many years of being a Koodo customer, they talk over you on the phone and simply repeat the same talking points without even listening to the customer's issue. Really need to step up your game Koodo and respect ALL your customers, not just ones in current good-standing.

What name is your account under? I can definitely look how many notifications were attempted. We don't just cut off people without warning. Unless something went wrong,hence the reason for wanting to check your account. You can also send us a private message on Facebook if you prefer.
