Incorrect Billing Cycle

Hi,

I joined Koodo last month and it looks like the billing cycle seems incorrect. So I joined the 24th of Nov and paid for the first couple of days, + the coming month (so Nov 24 - Dec 28th). Now if I log in to see my new bill for the coming month, it still says "Nov 29 - Dec 28, 2016" (so the last full month). Will I be paying double for December if I pay the bill?

Let me know if you have any more questions

You won't be paying double, but you will have a higher bill the first time because of the proration (part of the first billing cycle + next full billing cycle). The bill after that, everything will be as expected :)

Hi, yes I understand the increased amount on the first bill. The problem is that the current bill still says "Nov 29 - Dec 28, 2016" while I already should have paid for that with the first bill. So in short, both the current bill and the previous bill mention the same period. Sorry if I'm unclear.

I wouldn't worry about it too much, things sometimes look a bit wonky in self service for no apparent reasons. Just keep an eye on the bills themselves but chances are pretty high that they will be correct.

All issues can be solved by koodo rep by calling them. No need to worry too much.

Thanks! The bills are dated correctly indeed, just the Self service part that is a bit confused. thanks for your help!
