Incorrect Billing

Several weeks ago I changed my plan from $40.74 per month to $35.43 per month however I am still being billed at the old rate of $40.74 per month. Please adjust my billing to the correct amount which is $35.43 per month and advise when that is done.

Hi Bill, this is a public forum of customers just like yourself helping other customers with their issues, it's not a direct line to Koodo. As such your issue can not be resolved here and you will need to contact Koodo customer service and talk to them about any billing discrepancies as they can look at your account activity and rectify the issue at hand. You can contact them by dialling *611 from your Koodo Mobile device or you can reach Customer Service at 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or 647-788-4337.
Hours of Operation
Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm

account, does your latest bill reflect a change of plan? Click on View My Bill
on the main page to download a copy. Let us know!

This means two things: Either your plan was
changed after the last bill was issued or the change wasn’t made properly.  If you need to change it via self-serve, click
on Plans and Add-ons and select the desired plan.  Thank you and have an excellent day!
