Incorrect airtime minutes

I am new to Koodo and I just logged into self serve for the first time.  My max airtime minutes say 50 minutes but I signed up for 500.  Can someone please explain this to me?

Hi Beth,

This is due to the proration. Since you start mid-way through your billing cycle, you are only given that same poriton of the minutes. So for you, you started with only 10% of your cycle left (3 days). Once your new billing cycle starts, then it will be 500 minutes.
