It will come out of you alloted minutes @ a regular minute to minute rate, no long distance charges.

It will be coming out of your available daytime minutes within your plan. Once you are over your available airtime, you will get charged for additional minute at the rate of $0.45/minute

As long as they call your after 5pm (your time), you won't pay anything. Before 5pm, you'll use your monthly included minutes.

Remember, there is no such thing as incoming long distance calls. Like mentioned, it will just come out of your minutes and if you're receiving it after 5pm or on weekends, it will be unlimited (assuming your evenings/weekends start at 5pm).
