When you are outside of your unlimited evenings and weekends period incoming calls will start using your anytime minutes unless you have unlimited incoming calls

During your E&W periods, all calling is free (as long as LD charges don't apply).

As long as the rate plan includes evenings and weekends. Since we don't know what rate plan Evan has, we have to assume the possibility of either the $15/$20 plan that didn't include evenings/weekends.

True, but I stand by my original statement. He can't be making calls during his E&W periods if his plan does not include them.

He can, they just use up his minutes.

Unless I'm completely misunderstanding what you're talking about.

Customer A has a plan with E&W beginning at 7 pm. Customer B has a plan without unlimited E&W. Both customers make a call at 7:30 pm. For customer A, this is a call made during his E&W period. For customer B it's just a call made at 7:30 pm.
