Unless the plan says we are covered, do we have to pay for incoming calls? I'm thinking about switching plans (Canada Wide Talk+Text $35 to Canada Wide Data $40), and one thing I will lose is 'unlimited incoming calls'...I didn't realize we had to pay for them.

With the new plans, incoming calls are only included after 5PM and in weekends. Outside of that timeframe, they count as regular airtime (in other words, with the new plans there is no distinction any longer between incoming and outgoing calls, a call is a call). Hope that helps :)

That sucks!! I came to Koodo FOR the free incoming calls!!
I have been charged too much as the Koodo rep didnt disclose as i m new in Koodo unfortunately will cancel my contract now. This seems unfair charging by koodo for incoming calls too.

If you have an issue, please don't necro old threads and start one for yourself. Your agreement stipulates what is covered and included and not. It would specify outgoing and incoming calls.
