Both Fido and Virgin Mobile offer free incoming text while roaming anywhere in the world.

Will Koodo look into implementing the same offer?

I asked at the Kiosk and was told that it's only US roaming that can receive free incoming text.

The website also shows the same and it's $0.60 per text incoming/outgoing.

We can't control the text we may receive when travelling not just in the US, but also worldwide. It's a worry when travelling with Koodo.

You could always try to dispute the charges but it's at your own risk
