I have unlimited calling within Canada. I know that if I call from Canada to the USA that there is a cost.
My question is - will I incur any cost if a friend who lives in the USA calls me in Canada.

Nope no charge. Incoming calls no matter where the origin (even china!) are considered local calls.

No incoming extra charge long as you (the recipient) is in Canada.

But if 2 Koodo friends decide to do cross-border shopping in Vermont or Detroit and call each other, the OUTGOING call is long distance to the US, RECEIVING the call in the US is ROAMING.
