Incoming Calls from Rogers appearing as "Unknown" on Caller ID

I just started a new plan with Koodo and I noticed that all numbers from Rogers Cell phones are coming in as "Unknown" on the caller ID of my Iphone. Bell and Telus and Landlines come up with the number as it should. Any ideas?

I am not sure if it makes a difference but many of these calls are Canadian long distance. Do long distance numbers come up as "Unknown"?

Hi Jon,

It is a known issue with new accounts, especially if you ported your number in. Sometimes you can't even receive calls for a little while, luckily that is not the case with you!

It should sort itself within the next 24 hours or so, provided the people that are calling you have not switched off their own caller ID :)

Thank you for your response. It has already been 7 days since I activated my account. Would it normally take longer than that for features to start working?

It is definitely not an issue with my phone as I put in a Rogers SIM that is still active and all of the same people that were "Unknown" have their numbers show up. Any advice is appreciated.

Yikes, 7 days! It should be working by now for sure. You might wish to call Koodo and see if it is something they can solve for you, because to be honest I have no idea why just Rogers calls don't show up for you.
