All incoming calls go directly to the voicemail. Anyone experiencing the same problem? (Grey Bruce Area)

It is fixed now. Had to call tech support. They did a network sync to my number and right after that my inbox flooded with the messages indicating everthing was back to normal. But the disappointing part is that Koodo tech support is not 24/7 so if your'e experiencing issues like this in the evening, when you're expecting a call, you have to wait till the next morning when they open to be able to use the services you pay for.

I've been having this problem all day. Finally had time near the end of the day to spend close to an hour of time with customer service. The customer service rep said everything was ok on their end and told me to remove and reinstall my sim card. He said he'd call back in a few minutes to check that it worked. I stupidly agreed. I didn't receive a call back, likely because my phone is still broken. Called customer service back but they were closed. Was this just a clever ploy to get me off the phone before the end of a shift? So bummed out :(
