Which bring your own phone plan are you referring to?
You can see plans on the Koodo website

Keep getting an Ajax error opening, but the one on the left hand side of page, but the $85.00 per month/ 8GB data plan. Also would like to know if it might include roaming into Alberta?

Is the BYOP plan that they have on their website a steady as you go plan or a teaser plan with increases to follow in three months, six months or a year?

I don’t think they can change your plan without any proper notification as required by CRTC. You can check local Koodo kiosk also, I think right now they have +3gb for plan $50+ (24 months) instore only.

I'm not sure what your questions are but yes I see an $85 BYOP plan in BC:

I would say it's definitely available in BC, since I selected BC as my province before looking at the plans.  As to your question about Alberta, the plan will work anywhere in Canada where you can get a Telus signal, which definitely includes Alberta.
