In my March bill, there is something wrong. Can Koodo check about it ?

In my March bill ( already paid) , there's an additional data charge $5. I checked the details, which related to a Data usage US on Mar 31, 17.23. However, the data amount is 0.00 MB. Why Koodo charged me $5 with a Zero data usage ??

Do you live close the the US Boarder or did you go to the US?  You might want to change your network from Automatic to Koodo to avoid accidental roaming while in Canada

To correct your bill, you will need to contact Koodo.  you can send them a private message via facebook or twitter.

This happens alot with Koodo even with data roaming turned off. They will reverse the charge when you contact them. As Dennis said to avoid it happening again manually set the network to Koodo. If you ever do want to roam you will have to set it back to automatic.
