in my last bill application store service extra charges

in my last bill,i was charged for buying an app.dont rember any..bill says application store service.customer support could not help to give details like which app was bought ..please advise.

If the customer support couldn't help you identify the app, I have a hard time thinking about how we are able to help. Maybe ask around your family?

Could be a game, music, book anything purchased from the play store or that allows mobile billing.

Not necessarily via play store. If it's the $4.99 charge it could be the below:

"The $4.99 is an immediate a sign of an application purchase. Yours Sandra took place on July 14th. It looks like you called an 800 and/or 888 number that afternoon. If you download your invoice you'll see 3 calls. That number belongs to a company that charges this fee for their services. We have nothing to do with them. You could certainly dispute the charge by calling them as they state here:

"So if you are unsure as to why you are being charged, when the charges were made and/or where they originated we recommend you contact our customer support billing enquiries team online or call 1-866-340-4990 and select option 1."
