In August -28th, I think, I paid for a week of US Roaming. Didn't work. Please, Koodo, credited me with Roaming for 19th through 24th Dec

In August 2nd-28th, I think, I paid for a week of US Roaming. However I was never able to make a call. Briefly I was able to call tech support and received a text message as well as verbal instructions. However I was never able to use the service. I'm going to the US again and would like the time I didn't use credited to me for 19th through 24th Dec

I'm grumpy below, because I couldn't get through to 611 - waited TWICE for 15 but wait was "more than 15 minutes. So I hang up. Koodo used to be well rated. Now I may switch to Freedom.

You have 30 days to dispute charges. After that you accept them as is. Having said that, to ask for a credit equivalent not is possible but you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to try to get it. There are no guarantees though. Wait times are quite long at this point in time so you would need more than 15 minutes. Or send a message instead
