Impossible to receive/send text message, impossible to connect to pre-paid self service

Every time I try to connect on my koodo prepaid self-serve account, I get the following message: "Your login failed. Please try again. " If I try to reset the password, I get the following message: "We’re unable to verify your email."

I know my email is valid because I received email confirmation after activating and paying for my plan.

In addition, I can't receive any text message but I can receive and make calls.

This is very frustrating.. thanks for any help!!

(please Koodo mods: do not tell me to call technical support because it will result in a 30 minutes call phone bill)

That's right I didn't know that. However there is a 5$ fee to get on phone with tech support.

As Ivan said, calling Koodo is free, so is tech support.
