Hello,
I have been receiving this message for the last couple of days now.
"Important note: Booster add-on renewals through Self Serve have been temporarily disabled due to technical difficulties."
Can someone from Koodo please help to look into this?

They are already looking into it, hence them being disabled. The last estimate I heard was it should be back up and running this week. If not, do know that people are looking into the fix!

We are looking at a fix sometime around the 15th folks. In the meantime top via dialing the automated service at 611 works well.

Bernard, the bonus boosters don't seem to be available via 611, and I'm getting the same error message that Phong posted above. How long will the bonus boosters be available? They're a great deal, but not if I can't actually purchase them. And Nov. 15th has long since come and gone. Any help appreciated!

The issue above was fixed last week. It may be that the error message got stuck in your computer cache. If you empty your cache (in your browser's setting) you should be able to perform the transaction. Let us know if this helped. Thanks Kathryn!
