I'm having a very hard time viewing information through the koodo self serve app with my Iphone 4. It keeps giving me an Error.

I have viewed my usage and bill on a couple of occasions but most of the time it gives me this error.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Log out and log back in. I got that error a lot of times too.

Yup happens very often with me, John Lee's suggestion is the best workaround I've found.

Basically I think it has something to do with the "keep me logged in" box. When it logs you in and you get the error, log out, then log back in and everything should work. Very rarely have I had it not work the second time.
