I'm trying to log in but it says my account has been linked to another email?

Hey there, when I try to log in it says my account has been linked to another email and its waiting for confirmation for that email for me to access it, I'm not sure why its saying that but I'm not aware of another email my account is attached to and I would like to use the self serve option for paying my e bill. Thanks so much for your help!

Carolanne, here is what happened; when you signed up with us on the 19th we asked for your email address and should have mentioned that you were being sent an email from us with link to click on and finish your account sign-up. It looks like you never had a chance to do that and registered again with the same email address yesterday. Your account is now semi-locked and you need to send us a private message on Facebook to fix things up. Hope this helps!
