I'm trying to change my rate plan and also look at my bills but can't seem to be able to do so Is it because I'm currently late on payments?

Ok so there's must be somekind of technical difficulty, I'm now able to look at bills but still can't change my plan hope it works soon

try later or tommorow, if it doesnt work you can try giving them a call and tell them what error you had
