I'm trying to change my plan to the black friday promo but the self serve page doesn't give me the promo plans to choose from. Do I have to call it in?

My Facebook reply told me any Offers are on line.

Please keep in mind that the plans availability may vary depending on your Tab type and province of residency. You can visit your website to check our current plans. We currently have great deals available on select Koodo phones.
It did not address any of the actual questions I asked about a Specific offer from the Retention Dept, and if bringing some of my non Koodo phones would be able to get that same offer.

What province are you located in TRAK102? Make sure you have selected the proper province when taking a look at the plans on the koodo website.
