I have a $40 prepaid account w/unlimited text and picture messaging and inlimited province wide calling. now i get as far as inputting the new sim card and then i hit enter and it just goes to a restart screen.
That feature is currently disabled on self-serve. Maybe it's not for prepaid and just not working? Either way you'll need to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 to get your sim card switched.
@Christopher With prepaid you should be able to change your sim card number if the site is working properly. Try clearing your browsers cache or using a different browser to see if that will let you do it.
It was working on prepaid a few weeks ago. You can try using a different browser or opening a private (or incognito) browser window as a first step. That should clear any cookie problem, but you will have to re-enter your credentials manually.
