I'm trying to activate my new koodo prepaid phone but not getting my confirmation email to finish the activation

I assumed you activated a prepaid SIM using the prepaid portal https://prepaidselfserve.koodomobile.com/
Have you tried to turn on the phone and see if it worked?

Also I would suggest you check your spam/junk folders of your email.

Yes are you waiting to see if the phone just works or waiting for the email to be able to set up your prepaid self serve account? If its the phone do as Dinh says and turn it on to see if it works. If its the account you're waiting for the email for then just try setting up your self serve account. I ran into the same issue when setting up prepaid for a family member. After an hour of waiting for the email I saw somewhere(cant remember where) that just going through the process will enable me to set up prepaid account. So I tried and it worked. Never did receive the email that they said was coming.
