Try the self-serve app. Make sure you also add international voice roaming. Data requires international data roaming. Personally I suggest getting a local prepaid Sim card with AT&T Mexico as they currently seem to have the best rates. Certainly much better than the roaming rates Koodo offers. If you need a Canadian number, download Fongo or Textnow and you can get a number for free that you can use with a data connection.

Do you have coverage where you are Nadine? Your account has the free roaming add-on to enable you to use the phone. You last logged into your online account 4 days ago, is that when you were unable to change your plan?

You will still need one of the international roaming add-ons to to take advantage of lower rates.

You can login to self serve online as well and add all the appropriate add ons that way.

Just a heads up Allan, roaming add-ons can only texted or added via the Koodo app. Not online.

Ahh yes, i was just referring to the international add on, not the voice and data roaming. Thanks!

Bernard,
Why can roaming add-ons be added to the app but not online via self serve?  It would be a good idea for both platforms to do both
