I doubt that you'd be disconnected after 10 days if you've got an otherwise spotless billing history.

I've been late on payments before and I've never been disconnected. Just make sure you pay ASAP. I got into the habit of "overpaying" so now I carry a negative balance in case I forget one month I'm still covered.

The only time you need to worry about ten days is if you're on the Spending Limit Program during which time.you can not be late.
Logging into self serve and looking around will show you if you're on the program. If you are I highly suggest you call 611 and let them know.
You may hear a message that talking to them cost 5$, just ignore that.

Hi there...
You should not have any issues whatsoever, it is also important that if you are going to be late and your account is sitting on a past due, to call the payment management team and inform them about the date you intend to pay, this is call a payment arrangement, not only your account will be protected against any suspension but it also will avoid you receiving texts or calls from this team.
Enjoy!

I would call in anyway just to give customer service, (billing department) a heads up. It's unlikely you will get disconnected given your pristine billing history and the rep will probably put a note on your account to confirm when you intend to pay. The fact that you've spoken to someone about this puts both parties at ease. Better to keep Koodo informed than in the dark when it comes to matters regarding late payment, in my opinion.
