I'm getting charged twice for my tab. One in full and one in Part. I am getting late charges despite paying on time. Why does it cost 10$ to do anything, you don't pay your customer service more than minimum wage.... I'm too broke working customer service to pay to call someone for an issue that will probably get brushed off. Also don't understand how I am getting charged 10$ extra for partial bill between Nov 4-10. When the whole bill is from Oct 11- Nov 10th. Fucking Kill Me, how does any of that make sense?
