I'm getting charged twice for my tab. One in full and one in Part.

I'm getting charged twice for my tab. One in full and one in Part. I am getting late charges despite paying on time. Why does it cost 10$ to do anything, you don't pay your customer service more than minimum wage.... I'm too broke working customer service to pay to call someone for an issue that will probably get brushed off. Also don't understand how I am getting charged 10$ extra for partial bill between Nov 4-10. When the whole bill is from Oct 11- Nov 10th. Fucking Kill Me, how does any of that make sense?

They don't charge you for things you cannot do it yourself.

Are you a new customer? if you are, the first bill properly was prorated for few days of using + the next cycle.

Which button did you choose? there was a list of 3 latest bills on the right. I would click on them.

I just checked my bill. The charge on my bill was for next billing cycle.

So for you I think here is what Koodo charged you:
45/30*7=$10.5 for Nov4-Nov10 (7 days)

and $45+$15 for Nov11 to Dec10
Total = 10.5+45+15 + tax = 70.5+tax

Thats the 3rd page of the November bill. The bill I am confused about. My old bills do not have that charge.

Oh, you changed the plan, the page 3 is a summary of charge, so I would also look into page 4.

I think, your bill said your plan changed on Nov4, not the Nov15th though.

Hi Tay! Since you recently changed your phone number your Tab Balance was actually reduced twice last month, once on each phone number. 

I have made the necessary adjustments so that the Tab was only charged once :). You could view the changes I have made by logging onto your Self-Serve http://koo.do/2teETx7
