Hi M,

I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. Login to your prepaid self serve account. From the Overview page, select the Phone Services tab and click Suspend Service. This will prevent unauthorized use of your device. Unfortunately, there's nothing that I'm aware of that can be done to recover the money you've spent on top up vouchers.

I presume though that it's still recoverable in the sense that if it's suspended and not spent yet that with a new sim and such the top up vouchers will still be available once everything is settled?

If the funds have yet to be applied, then yes, the funds would be held as credit. It's not clear if this is the case though.

I cannot remember my email/password also if I could get back into my prepaid self serve account The person Whom has my phone will receive what information I send. He has access to all my email/ notifications , my primary email along with my Secondary email address also of course my number, so I do not know how to gain access to end all activity to my cell phone without that person knowing? All my personal information , I mean everything . Please is there another way ? Anything...

First, you should see links like 'Forgot your email/username?' and 'Forgot your password?' This should allow you find your email/username and create a new password to login to the self serve prepaid site. Second, by suspending service, the person will not be able to see what you're doing or know what's going on. Nothing gets transmitted to the phone, the phone simply stops working, (incoming/outgoing calls and data usage are halted).

It sounds like you know who stole your phone. Your next best option is to contact your local police departments' non-emergency phone number from a friends' phone and explain the situation.

Do you know there's a find my iPhone equivalent for Android devices? You should install it so next time you get it stolen you could have a chance to find it back

I think it's called find my android

Before clicking forgot my password

Log into your emails and change your email passwords

This will log the theif out and allow you to recover your passwords without their knowledge.

A good reason to set a password on your lock screen ;)
