Why is Koodo still perceiving a tab on my account if the balance went to 0 last spring ? when it's stated that charges are supposed to stop "Once your Tab balance reaches zero, your Tab charge drops off"

A positive tab is value koodo is giving you

Hi there,

Once you've reached 0 on your tab balance your account will automatically start paying into a positive tab which can be used towards a new phone later on. What is your tab balance saying at the moment? If it has a + symbol in front of it that's what is happening.

what I got from the FAQ was :

"Once your Tab balance reaches zero, your Tab charge drops off"

and then

"No Tab customers have a fixed tab. While you are a No Tab customer, you will receive a discount on your monthly plan and add ons instead of accumulating a positive Tab."

Then why was I automatically put on a positive accumulation tab ? and how am I supposed to go through the system to end up on the No Tab system ? Paying in advance for a phone I might take or may not take with koodo doesn't seem right to me.

It happens to everyone once they have paid off their tab. If you wanted to have the No Tab discount you need to contact customer service and have them put the No Tab discount on your account. It doesn't do it automatically unfortunately.
