If my phone has physical damage, can I still use the warranty for other problems?

My screen cracked half a year ago already, and I know that physical damage is not covered under warranty. This weekend my phone turned off and it will not turn back on, no matter what I try (I've already checked out all the posts on this matter). I'd like to check whether I can still have my phone repaired under warranty for the current problem, regardless of the cracked screen?

No. they will see the crack and claim that is the reason.
You could still try but it may not work out...

Hi Tessa,

Under the manufacturers standard warranty. Ones there is a physical damage, the warranty is voided.

You can still send it away for repair, however you would be charged for the repair & you would need to agree to the repair charge.
