If I'm buying a $600 phone but don't want the large tab, can I pay off $300+ dollars and get the medium tab instead?

The large tab is $500, and let's say the phone is $600. I would have to at least pay $100 to get the tab. But currently I am able to pay for about $400 of the phone. So would I be able to pay $400, have $200 left for the tab which would be under the medium tab ($300)?

If you want to use Tab M for $600 phone, you pay $300(plus tax) upfront and put $300 on the tab. There will be $5/month tab charge for Tab M.

Or you can use Tab S. $450(plus tax) upfront and put $150 on the tab. There is no monthly tab charge for tab S.
